Handsprings/Yamashitas
with no more than 360?�‹ in one flight phase

Bars
Minimum of 1 bar change
Two 360?�q circling elements, both with a minimum of a B, may be the same of different
One element from group 3, 6 or 7
(EX: Free-hip circle, giant circle , etc..)
Minimum tucked flyaway dismount

Beam
Acro series, minimum of 2 A or B elements, 1 with or without flight
One acro flight element, maybe be included in the series
One leap/jump with a 180�‹ split, isolated or in a series
Minimum of a full turn, isolated or in a series
Aerial or salto dismount, minimum of an A
(EX: Punch front, back tuck, etc..)

Floor
One acro series wtih 3 or more flight elements which includes a back layout to 2 feet
One acro series of two or more forward flight elements, one must be an aerial or a salto
Dance series with a minimum of 2 elements, 1 leap (one foot take off) with a 180�‹ split
Minimum of a full turn, isolated or in a series
(EX: Back tuck, front tuck)
